After You Purchase
Typically, the same day you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome packet outlining our support and implementation process. This includes access to our Support Center, where you can see everything laid out step by step. Here’s a quick look at what we cover during implementation:

1. User Setup
   We’ll gather info on everyone who’s going to be using the system. You just fill out a simple form with the names and roles of your team, and we’ll take care of setting everything up.
2. Service Book/Price Book Setup
   However you currently run your business—whether you have a service book, flat rates, equipment catalogs, or labor hours—we’ll help you get it all into our digital system. Don’t have a flat rate book? No problem, we can help you build one using gross profit margins to set your pricing easily.
3. Client List Import
   If you’re already established, we’ll help you bring over your client list from your current system—whether it’s from QuickBooks, another accounting platform, or even just a list on your phone. We’ll make it work.
4. Payments and Invoicing
   You’ll be able to process credit cards, debit cards, ACH/check payments, and even offer integrated financing to your clients. When your customer pays, you’ll be notified, and the system can automatically update the invoice and sync with QuickBooks. We’ll guide you through setting all of this up.
5. Additional Imports
   Got memberships, service agreements, commission structures, fees, or inventory to bring over? No problem! As long as the data is in a format like Excel, we’ll handle it for you.

Within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, we’ll schedule a meeting to go over everything. You’ll be able to upload your documents directly into the project we create for you, and we’ll get notified whenever something’s added. You can also ask questions anytime through that same portal until you’re fully set up in the system.
