Typically, the same day you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome packet outlining our support and implementation process. This includes access to our Support Center, where you can see everything laid out step by step. Here’s a quick look at what we cover during implementation:
Within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, we’ll schedule a meeting to go over everything. You’ll be able to upload your documents directly into the project we create for you, and we’ll get notified whenever something’s added. You can also ask questions anytime through that same portal until you’re fully set up in the system.
